Wesley has been in the recruiting field the last five years throughout various industries including IT, healthcare, and finance. He enjoys connecting with candidates because it allows him to meet people of various backgrounds. Wesley believes the key to recruiting is to have genuine empathy for the candidates you represent.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Welsey most recently moved to Richmond from Atlanta, GA. In his spare time, you can catch him exploring Richmond, collecting vinyl, going to concerts, being let down by his favorite sports teams, and playing with his two cats; Luffy and Fern.
